Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 445 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 16 nm east of Vilano Beach to 12 nm east of Palm Coast, moving northeast at 45 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
