...Multiple Rounds of Rain Through Saturday Night Could Bring a
Flooding Threat This Weekend...

Several rounds of rain are possible through Saturday night. The
heaviest rainfall will likely occur Saturday into Saturday night
with potential thunderstorms. The cumulative effect of all the
rain may eventually lead to flooding concerns this weekend. All
together, between 1 and 2 inches of rain can be anticipated from
tonight through early Sunday morning. The highest amounts are most
likely to be near and north of Interstate 64. Locally heavier
rainfall is possible with any thunderstorms. This rainfall may
cause streams to rise to near bankfull or possibly flood.

There remains uncertainty concerning the timing and track of the
rounds of rainfall. Keep updated on the excessive rainfall
potential through the weekend.
