Areas of light to moderate rain and snow continue across the
central Sandhills and portions of north central Nebraska. Warm
ground temperatures are largely limiting snow accumulations, but a
dusting may accumulate on grassy surfaces under any moderate snow
band. Visibility may fall to a mile at times in areas of moderate
snow. The system will continue to slowly work to the east with
the rain and snow expected to continue to impact north central
Nebraska late this afternoon.
