Last night, above normal temperatures were seen overnight with
lows only getting into the lower 50s to lower 60s across the area.
Heavy rainfall was observed overnight with anywhere from 1 to 3
inches of rain seen.

For today, morning showers and thunderstorms began to move out
during mid morning. We will see a brief break in the rainfall
before another round moves in later this afternoon and into the
evening. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is possible which
has increased a flood potential for portions of west central
Nebraska.
