.DISCUSSION...

Another dry day today. Skies will be mostly sunny most of today,
though clouds increase this evening into tonight. Mixing heights
start out around 3700 ft and rise to 4600 ft by early afternoon.
High pressure over southern Canada will keep winds lighter out of
the east until mid afternoon, at which time they turn more
southeasterly. Winds will be sustained around 5-7 mph with gusts
at or less than 10 mph. Some local variation in wind direction is
possible due to nearby Lime Mountain. High temperatures rise into
the upper 50s, with min RH values dropping to around 35%, though
could see RH dip to around 30% if mixing is deeper this afternoon
than expected. Smoke dispersal will be fair throughout the day.

Rain showers arrive with an approaching low pressure system very
Wednesday evening and persist into at least Thursday morning.
Look for rain amounts of around one-tenth to one-quarter of an
inch. Due to the later arrival of the rain, afternoon min RH will
still be dry in the 30-35% range, though mixing heights only reach
a peak of 3200-3500 ft.
