...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Idaho...

  Portneuf River at Topaz affecting Bannock County.

.River flows will remain elevated from warmer temperatures the last
couple of days, though the overall river flow will slowly decrease
in the upcoming days due to cooler temperatures and a diminishing
snowpack.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

If you are in the advisory area, remain alert to possible flooding
or the possibility of the advisory being upgraded to a warning.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Portneuf River at Topaz.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Lowland and crop field flooding possible
  from Pebble Creek to Inkom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM MDT Sunday the stage was 4.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at 4.0 feet.
  - Action stage is 3.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
