.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...A trough to the northeast will
linger through Monday night. A ridge to the south will merge with
a high pressure system further southwest as it migrates eastward.
Expect light and variable winds to persist through Monday before
gentle to moderate tradewinds kick in. With the tradewinds in
place, expect embedded showers with gusty winds in showers.
Otherwise, scattered to numerous showers with a chance of
thunderstorms, and light and variable winds will prevail for the
duration of the short term forecast.

.Long term...
TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...A strong high pressure system to the
southwest will continue to move eastward as it transports gentle
to moderate tradewinds. A newly formed trough to the south will
continue to develop as it migrates easterward.


A downward trend in sea heights will continue for the rest of the
forecast. No significant swells are expected.d
