Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington-
Including the cities of Boardman, Hermiston, Ione, Long Creek,
North Powder, Ukiah, Dayville, John Day, Mitchell, Monument,
Spray, Athena, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Heppner, Condon, Fossil,
Dayton, Waitsburg, and Walla Walla

Isolated thunderstorms will continue to move north at 20 mph
across Morrow, Umatilla and Grant counties in Oregon. These storms
can produce small hail, up to one quarter inch in diameter, wind
gusts to 35 mph and brief heavy rain up to a tenth of an inch.
These storms should move into Walla Walla county in Washington
after 4 PM.
