...Areas of dense fog adjacent to the Connecticut River in
eastern Windham County in southern Vermont through 9 AM...

Areas of dense fog will persist through 9 AM across extreme
eastern Windham County in southern Vermont, adjacent to the
Connecticut River. Visibilities may drop to or below one quarter
of a mile in some areas.

Motorists should use extra caution through 9 AM, and should
anticipate significant reductions in visibility, including along
portions of Interstate 91 near and north of Rockingham. Motorists
should slow down and allow for extra braking distance, and use low
beam headlights when encountering the fog.
