nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A 1030 mb high centered over 800 nm N of the islands will drift
eastward Monday through Tuesday, leading to a decline in trade
winds. A surface trough may develop over far N waters Wednesday
and linger into Friday.
