.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate northeast winds will continue tonight. Caution flags are
in place for the Gulf waters and Matagorda Bay. Winds will veer
easterly and increase further on Saturday, possibly reaching
Advisory levels at times and resulting in an increase in seas.
Winds veer to a southeasterly direction by Sunday. Showers and
thunderstorms are possible on Sunday into Monday. Brief period of
offshore flow possible on Tuesday before onshore flow returns by
Tuesday night.
