* Special Marine Warning for...

  Nearshore Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Calumet Harbor...
  Nearshore Waters from Calumet Harbor to Michigan City...
  Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

* Until 1230 AM CDT.

* At 1136 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm southwest of Jackson Park Harbor to 13 nm
  southwest of Calumet Harbor, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated and observed. Wind gusts in excess of 40
           kts were measured at Midway Airport as the line moved
           through.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Calumet Harbor, Burnham Harbor, Michigan City Harbor, Wilmette
  Harbor, Indiana Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Monroe Harbor, Burns
  Harbor, Jackson Park Harbor and Montrose Harbor.
