New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
will remain over the area today into Sat night. A stationary
front just S of the waters will persist today. An area of low
pressure along the front will quickly move SE of the area late
today into tonight. Another low will approach the Mid-Atlantic
coast late today and move offshore tonight, remaining S of the
region while moving NE through Sat. The low will move well NE of
the area Sat night into Sun. Weak high pressure will build in
across New England late Sun, build to the coast Sun night and
Mon. The high will shift E of the area Mon night into Tue night
ahead of the next approaching cold front.
