.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure center
W of the waters will weaken and shift W and SW of the area today
through Sun while extending a ridge E and NE over the waters.
Strengthening high pressure will build back E over the waters Sun
night through Mon night and remain through Tue night. The area of
high pressure will weaken Wed and Wed night while remaining near
or NW of the region. A coastal trough will develop along the
Oregon coast Sun into Mon, then persist through Wed night.
