Strengthening high pressure will build back E over the waters Sun night through Mon night and remain through Tue night. The area of high pressure will weaken Wed and Wed night while remaining near or NW of the region. A coastal trough will develop along the Oregon coast Sun into Mon, then persist through Wed night.
