.DISCUSSION...Expect good humidity recovery and increased clouds
at the incident on Monday morning, with much cooler temperatures
and higher RH values in the afternoon. Clouds scatter through the
day with a light southeast wind increasing to around 8 mph in the
afternoon. Excellent recovery Monday night in continued onshore
flow, but Tuesday will mark the arrival of much warmer and drier
conditions. A ridge of high pressure aloft redevelops over the
region with winds becoming from the east. A surface thermal trough
is likely to remain south and east of the incident, and
increasing instability Tuesday afternoon.
