.DISCUSSION...Through Sunday morning, there will be a concern for
nearby thunderstorms affecting the fire site. The primary time
frame for this threat will be after noon through 10PM each day. In
addition to the potential for heavy rainfall, gusty outflow winds
over 40 mph will be possible should any thunderstorms develop on
or near the Spring Mountains. Already this afternoon storms are
developing with showers currently near the fire site. Expect this
on and off throughout the day. Activity is expected to wane
overnight but increase again tomorrow afternoon.
