Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
     Level 1 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk...up to 65 mph.
     Level 1 of 5 Large Hail Risk...up to half dollar size.
  Limited Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A severe thunderstorm or two may develop tonight with a threat for
damaging winds and damaging hail. Most locations are favored to be
dry.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday and Thursday...
  Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
     Level 3 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
  Elevated Flooding Risk.
  Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms are expected in the
general region Wednesday and Thursday. The greatest threat for
severe weather locally will be on Thursday.
