.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the Arctic Coast of Alaska
will build  south over Alaska tonight and Fri then persist into
Sat. A low pressure trough northwest of Point Hope will persist
into Friday  morning, at which point it will extend as far east
as Wainwright,  then weaken and move north.
