.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough over N
and central California will persist through Fri night with
intensification from late Tue through early Thu. A large area of
high pressure will build to the W of the N and central waters
tonight, then persist through Thu before weakening Thu night into
Fri. A weakening cold front will move into the N waters Fri and
Fri night, then dissipate. High pressure will rebuild in from the
W across the N and central waters Sat and Sat night.
