SUBJECT: Adjustment to services provided to the Hastings
         Hydrologic Service Area (HSA).

...Flood stage changes on the Middle Loup River near Rockville...

Flooding along the Middle Loup River this winter provided an
opportunity to re-evaluate existing flood stages and impact
statements. A river survey conducted during the flooding and
coordinated with area partners has led to the decision to slightly
raise the flood stage on the Middle Loup River near Rockville.
The effective date of the following flood stage change will be
Tuesday February 5th.

ACTION STAGE:  7.0 ft     7.5 ft
FLOOD STAGE:   8.0 ft     8.5 ft
MODERATE:     11.0 ft    11.0 ft
MAJOR:        14.0 ft    14.0 ft
