Last night, temperatures were around 10 to 15 degrees above normal
with lows in the 60s across north central Nebraska and in the 50s
for portions of western Nebraska. Winds were out of the south
southeast throughout the night around 10 mph.

For today, winds will remain out of the south throughout the day
at around 15 to 20 mph and stronger wind gusts around 25 to 30
mph. Temperatures will climb back into the 80s today which is
around 10 to 15 degrees above normal. Skies will be partly cloudy
for much of the day before thunderstorms move into the area this
afternoon and evening.
