Very windy conditions are expected on Tuesday, with the 20-foot winds
gusting to as high as 40 mph in the morning, then decreasing some in
the afternoon. Weaker northeast winds are expected on Wednesday.
However, extremely dry conditions are expected both days with minimum
humidities around 5 percent. Increasing northeast winds are expected
again Wednesday night into Thursday, but with somewhat weaker speeds.
Very low single digit humidities will persist through Thursday.
