The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Pulaski County in central Arkansas...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 434 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen and flash flooding has been reported in the western
  Little Rock! Flash flooding is likely to occur in eastern Little
  Rock as torrential rainfall moves into the warned area.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
