Survey Summary: A tornado touched down along Hwy 114, southeast of Echo.
A double wide mobile home that was tied down was flipped over, destroying
it. The tie downs were snapped. Four people were inside and received minor
injuries. Several trees were snapped or uprooted in the area, and an open
air garage had part of its metal roof removed.

EF Scale:  The Enhanced Fujita Scale Classifies Tornadoes into
the following categories.

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 MPH
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 MPH
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 MPH
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 MPH
