THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN OCTOBER 2020 WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER,
IT WAS ACTUALLY COOLEST OCTOBER SINCE 2018, WHEN THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE WAS 59.3 DEGREES.

MONTHLY PRECIPITATION WAS 131 PERCENT OF NORMAL. HOWEVER, IT WAS
ACTUALLY THE DRIEST OCTOBER SINCE 2018, WHEN ONLY 2.69 INCHES OF
PRECIPITATION FELL.
