WAS THE COOLEST OCTOBER SINCE 2015, WHEN THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS
58.9 DEGREES.

MONTHLY PRECIPITATION WAS 143 PERCENT OF NORMAL. HOWEVER, IT WAS THE
DRIEST OCTOBER SINCE 2018, WHEN ONLY 3.06 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION
