THE MONTH OF OCTOBER AT THE FARGO HECTOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS
BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 38.8 DEGREES WHICH IS 6.7
DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE MONTH STARTED SLIGHTLY COOLER, WITH A
BRIEF WARM PERIOD BEFORE BEING COOLER THE REST OF THE MONTH.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS ALSO BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL RAINFALL
WAS 1.07 INCHES WHICH WAS 1.08 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
