AT HARRISON, OCTOBER WAS COOLER THAN AVERAGE. EVEN SO, IT WAS THE WARMEST
OCTOBER IN TWO YEARS. TEMPERATURES DURING THE MONTH VARIED BETWEEN A HIGH
OF 86 ON THE 7TH AND A LOW OF 32 ON THE 30TH. THIS WAS THE FIRST OCTOBER IN
TWO YEARS WITH NO 90-DEGREE READINGS.

EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE DRIEST OCTOBER IN TWO YEARS, RAINFALL WAS STILL
