...RAPIDLY MELTING SNOW TO CAUSE RISES IN CREEKS AND STREAMS...

Warming temperatures this week have promoted a fast snow melt on
higher mountains where significant snowpack still remains.
Streams flowing out of mountains are subject to rapid rises and
strong flows, but no flooding is expected. Only the Jarbridge
river and Lamoille creek are showing rises worthly of closer
attention. Because of the quickness of the melt, it is advised to
keep smaller children and pets away from cold and swift moving
streams and rivers.
