  knots late this morning. Expect waves of 4 to 7 feet,
  diminishing to 3 to 5 feet by late afternoon.

* WHERE...Whitehall to Manistee.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
