At 1:11 PM, National Weather Service radars continued to indicate
scattered showers moving north at around 30 mph across much of
eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.

Through 3:00 PM, rain showers will persist over most of eastern
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Average hourly rainfall rates of
around a tenth to a quarter of an inch are anticipated.
