...NORTHERLY GUSTS TO AROUND 20 KNOTS...

Recent buoy observations have indicated gusts have begun to
approach 20 knots over the upper and middle portions of the
Chesapeake Bay. This will likely continue, particularly as rain
showers track in from the I-95 corridor. These elevated gusts
could persist another couple of hours.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating small craft,
should exercise extra caution or consider altering navigating
plans due to these conditions.
