This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and adjacent counties in
central Maryland and northern Virginia as well as the District of
Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Flood Watch goes into effect for the Fredericksburg area to
southern Maryland at 6 AM today, and the remainder of the area at
noon today. The Flood Watch is valid through 6 AM Sunday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotters are asked to report significant weather via standard
operating procedures.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Flood Watch goes into effect for central Virginia at 6 AM
today, and the remainder of the area at noon today. The Flood
Watch is valid through 6 AM Sunday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Minor mainstem river flooding is possible in the Potomac,
Shenandoah, and Rappahannock river basins Sunday into early next
week.

Precipitation may end as a wintry mix Sunday, especially for
locations near and west of the Allegheny Front.
