.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will remain low as rain chances remain
high.  Showers and thunderstorms are likely today across the
Permian Basin and Lower Trans Pecos with lower chances
elsewhere. Gusty and errattic wind near any storm.  A cold
front will blow into the area late tonight and steadily progress
through the region into Thursday morning.  Wind shift to the
north with frontal passage.  Best rain chances will move south
with the front.  Minimum RH will be high today in the east but
may fall below 20 percent across western Eddy and Culberson
county.  Overnight recovery will be very good to excellent.
