...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BORDEN AND NORTHERN
DAWSON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 AM CDT...

At 539 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of O`Donnell, or 15 miles northeast of Lamesa, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Welch, Hancock, Punkin Center, and Arvana.
