.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough near the coast will bring strong north winds and steep to
very steep hazardous seas to the area through Monday night. Gales
are expected south of Port Orford with hazardous warning level
seas south of Reedsport. The trough will move inland Monday into
Monday night, and winds and seas will diminish Monday night.
However, moderate to strong winds will persist, strengthening
again Thursday as the thermal trough rebuilds.
