...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT
   THURSDAY...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT
   FRIDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt and steep to very steep wind-
  driven seas 7 to 10 feet, peaking in the afternoons and
  evenings.

* WHERE...All areas can expect at least Small Craft Advisory
  conditions, with very steep and hazardous seas developing beyond
  2 nm from shore south of Cape Blanco, and beyond 12 nm from
  shore north of Cape Blanco.

* WHEN...The Hazardous Seas Warning is in effect from 2 PM this
  afternoon to 11 PM PDT Thursday. The Small Craft Advisory is
  in effect until 11 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and very steep seas could damage vessels
  and will pose an increased risk of capsizing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels, and will pose an increased risk to
  inexperienced mariners.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should remain in port and avoid the area of hazardous
