Rain and thunderstorms once again affected southern Wisconsin
during the overnight hours, with localized rainfall amounts up to
2.5 inches. Otherwise skies were partly to mostly cloudy, with
high temperatures ranging from around 60 in the south to the
upper 70s in the north.


Scattered showers and thunderstorms will affect both northwest and
southern portions of the state from this afternoon into tonight,
with high temperatures mostly in the 70s.

A stretch of quiet weather is then expected from Tuesday through
Friday with most areas remaining dry. Temperatures will be mild,
with highs in the 70s to lower 80s, with lows in the 40s and 50s.

Rain chances return for next weekend, with showers and
thunderstorms likely as a cold front passes through.
