.SYNOPSIS...Winds settle to 15 knots or less tonight, gradually
increasing again toward daybreak Monday. Surface high pressure
will begin to push seaward Monday. Developing breezy onshore flow
and building seas will result in poor boating conditions Monday
into Tuesday. Marine conditions will deteriorate further midweek
as an approaching trough of low pressure reaches the southeastern
U.S. coast.
