For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
A cold front associated with this storm system will move across the area
today, bringing much cooler temperatures and more widespread precipitation.
Moderate snow is expected in the mountains with mostly rain in the lower
valleys. Rain could mix in with snow at times in lower elevations.
Potential snow bands and convection could lead to locally higher snowfall
amounts in some areas. Mountain passes look to be impacted mainly during
the morning and overnight hours as high March sun angle could limit impacts
to roads during the afternoon. Stay up to date on the latest forecast and
plan ahead for possible travel impacts.
