...RED FLAG WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 9 PM...

.Relative humidity values have been rising as temperatures fall
this evening and this will continue into tonight. Winds have also
started to fall some. Conditions could remain near critical for a
few hours after this warning expires, but conditions will continue
to improve tonight.

GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

As winds become lighter and humidity values increase the fire
weather risk will come to an end. There will still be some near
critical fire weather as this expires before that also comes to an
end later tonight.
