FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
440 AM EDT Mon Apr 23 2018

...Warm and dry again today...

.DISCUSSION: Expect more warm and dry conditions today. High
temperatures will reach the upper 60s inland west with 50s to
lower 60s elsewhere. Minimum RH values will drop to 13 to 18
percent, lowest inland west half. Winds will once again be light.
The warmth and mostly sunny skies will allow the steady snow melt
to continue. The next chance of light precipitation along with
cooler conditions will arrive Tuesday and Tuesday night. A better
chance of precipitation with even cooler conditions is expected
late Thursday into Friday. The strongest winds this week will
occur late Tuesday into Tuesday night and late Thursday into
Thursday night as north winds gust over 20 mph, especially near
Lake Superior.
