Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 725 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a stationary thunderstorm near Nara Visa. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1.25 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area.
