This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A thunderstorm or two may happen by late this afternoon across
central South Dakota. There is potential for a strong gust of wind to
accompany them.

Then, later tonight, there could be a few more thunderstorms
affecting portions of northeast South Dakota and western Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorm chances abound in the forecast, particularly from
Wednesday night through the end of the period on Sunday.

With temperatures on Wednesday forecast to reach the mid to upper
90s, heat indices that afternoon could also run up to or exceed 100
degrees at a few locations.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
