.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure will slowly build towards the waters from the west,
bringing fair weather and light wind. A weak disturbance form Canada
may generate isolated afternoon showers and sprinkles on Friday.
Additional low pressure may bring scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms over the weekend. Light wind will allow sea breezes
near the coast today through Saturday, and possibly again Monday.
