Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...
Moderate to strong winds and adverse marine conditions continue
across Gulf waters through this afternoon as high pressure
continues to build into Deep South Texas. Choppy bay conditions
continue into this afternoon. Winds and seas begin to diminish
later today and overnight with light winds and seas Thursday into
the weekend. Winds and seas increase again on Sunday, as the next
front potentially approaches the lower Texas coast.
