.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas are
expected to prevail through Monday. Adverse marine conditions will
develop Monday night into Tuesday as winds increase and seas
build ahead of another cold front that will arrive on Wednesday.
Small Craft Should Exercise Caution and Small Craft Advisories
will likely to be needed Monday night through late week.
