Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front advancing across the coastal waters this
morning will turn winds out of the north to northeast with light
to moderate wind speeds. Marine conditions will then deteriorate
Thursday into Thursday night as strong high pressure builds
southward across the region. Wind gusts to near gale force will
be likely late Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. A Gale
Watch is in effect for the offshore waters for Thursday afternoon
through Friday morning. Hazardous marine conditions will linger
through Friday night with gradually improving conditons expected
through the weekend.
