Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will stretch from the southeast United
States across the western Gulf through Wednesday, with a reinforcing
ridge moving into north and east Texas Thursday and Friday before
it moves into the southeast United States Saturday. Light east to
southeasterly winds prevail with slight to moderate seas through
the period. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected by the
end of the week with increased moisture.
