Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate onshore flow will continue through  the
remainder of the weekend with surface high pressure over the
northeastern Gulf of Mexico. Moisture will increase along the
lower Texas coast today resulting in scattered showers and
thunderstorms. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms
are expected through mid week. Adverse marine conditions will
gradually develop on the Gulf waters through late in the week
with increasing swells.

15 knots in the afternoon. A light chop on the bay building to a
moderate chop in the afternoon. Numerous showers and
thunderstorms.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. Choppy on the bay subsiding to a
moderate chop after midnight. Numerous showers and thunderstorms
in the evening, then widespread showers and thunderstorms after
midnight.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay building to
