...Patchy Dense Fog This Morning...

Patchy dense fog is expected this morning. The Visibility may
rapidly change over short distances and will locally be reduced to
one quarter mile or less at times. Slow down, maintain a safe
distance between other vehicles and be alert for rapidly changing
visibilities. Avoid high beams and use your low beam headlights.
The visibility is expected to improve by around 8 AM this morning.
