Including the cities of Lincoln, Howland, Springfield, Bangor,
Brewer, Orono, Old Town, Amherst, Aurora, Dedham, Eastbrook,
Great Pond, Calais, Grand Lake Stream, Wesley, Princeton,
Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, Bucksport, Orland, Castine, Eastport,
Perry, Machias, Cherryfield, Dover-Foxcroft, Milo, Guilford,
Danforth, Vanceboro, and Topsfield

The Maine State Forest Service has indicated that the wildfire
danger across the region is moderate to high today. Northwest
winds of 10 to 20 mph can be expected, with gust up to 30 mph at
times. Afternoon minimum relative humidity will range from 20
to 30 percent.

You should check with your local fire department or forestry
office before doing any burning. Please remember that a burn
permit is required for all burning.
