The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 853 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain showers moving
  into Downtown Charleston from the west. Intense rainfall rates are
  expected with these rain showers, likely resulting in minor
  flooding of streets. 1 to 2 inches of rain could quickly fall from
  these showers.

* Downtown Charleston.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down when traveling and allow extra distance between you and
the vehicle ahead. Do not drive into water of unknown depth.
