...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...
  Charleston Harbor...

A cold front is currently moving southwest this morning with
visibilities less than 1 SM in locations including the South Carolina
nearshore waters and Charleston Harbor. Areas of fog will then
continue through the morning hours with visibilities slowly rising by
late morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dense fog was reducing visibilities to below 1 NM. Reduce your speed
and keep a lookout for other vessels, buoys, and breakwaters. Keep
your navigation lights on. If not equipped with radar, you should
consider seeking safe harbor.
